Inclusive hub
The Inclusive Hub at Brighton Le Sands Public School is a dedicated learning space involving three classes, two AU classes and one AU/IO class. The Hub provides a supportive environment where every student’s learning goals are individually tailored through a Personalised Learning and Support Plan (PLaSP) to meet their needs.
Each class is staffed by a teacher and a School Learning Support Officer (SLSO), ensuring students receive support and guidance throughout their learning journey.
Students in the Hub are active members of our school community. They have access to mainstream areas during playtime and take part in a wide range of whole-school activities, including assemblies, excursions, incursions, sport, swimming, scripture, dance, and buddy programs. Depending on their goals and progress, students may also be integrated into mainstream classes to further support their learning and social development.
Established in 2025, the Inclusive Hub is a proud part of our school’s commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity, and success for all learners.
