Requesting External Providers

Brighton Le Sands Public School provides access to externally funded disability and wellbeing service providers. Providers do not have an automatic right to enter the school. Any request for a provider to work with a student—whether funded through the NDIS or another individual funding scheme—must first be made in writing by the student’s parent or carer.

Parents, please read the Parent and Carer Fact Sheet from the Department of Education.

Providers, please read the Fact sheet for providers on mandatory child protection roles and responsibilities from the Department of Education

Please review the External Provider Information/Checklist. Please ensure that all requirements have been met and all documents are complete before submitting them to the school.
