P&C School Disco

We are looking forward to the P&C School Disco this Friday 15/11/24 from 5pm-7pm.
Here is what you need to know:
The disco is for current students only. Former students are unable to attend even as helpers.
Students must attend with their parent or supervising adult who is required to remain on site at school for the duration of the event.
Please no bikes, scooters, basketballs or footballs.
This is largely a cash only event so please bring smaller denominations and change.
Entry is $2 payment on arrival, no need to pre book.
The only school gates open will be adjacent to the school office, entry and exit is via the main gate only. Parking will not be available in the school grounds.
The event will only be cancelled if the weather is extreme – light rain will not stop the event proceeding.
Cancellation notice if required will be made via school bytes email and facebook.
Our hard-working P&C Committee would love some additional help.
At the event offer to help with cooking, serving, cleaning up, stall set up and pull down. Tents, tables and chairs will need packing away.
Assist in monitoring with rubbish.
This is P&C run event – all help is appreciated, and it is a great way to meet other families.
